How Numeriq Works

Step 1: Collecting Documents and Signing Contracts

A Service Agreement is signed between your company and Numeriq. We then prepare a Labour Leasing Contract (as required by SECO) and a compliant Employment Contract with the employee.

Step 2: Talent Onboarding and Payroll Setup

Your employee becomes part of the Numeriq’s team. We register them with all relevant Swiss authorities, including AHV, BVG, SUVA, and tax offices. Once their timesheet is approved, we set up their salaries and payments.

Step 3: Managing Your Swiss Team

We manage payroll, insurance, and other relevant payments each month. You receive one simple invoice. Once the invoice is paid, your employee receives their salary and benefits. The detailed reporting system helps you stay on track.

Step 4: Contract Termination and Offboarding

Once your project is done, or you want to terminate a contract, we help you with the offboarding process.
